I keep getting a new Vista tab that starts "Microsoft Apologizes..."
Thistab documentsays it is a Microsoft request for data about "the error you just experienced'. However, I run Vista and the header is XP, it has a couple of mis-spellings and the coloring does not look like Microsoft. Most important, I'm not experiencing errors!I've run virus scans, spy scans, Microsoft Defender, the detection tool for malware and all come up clean.Any idea what this is and how I can delete it?I have a copy of it in Word I can send if that will help.

Hi, Thanks for posting in Microsoft TechNet Forum. I suspect that you received an error window, is it right? If it is the case, please help to collect the following information: 1. When did you receive this error message? What operation leads to this error? Did this error occur with Windows XP before? 2. It is much appreciate if you can provide a screenshot and upload it to this thread. Screenshot ========== 1) Press the Print Screen key (PrtScn) on your keyboard. 2) Click the "Start" menu, type "mspaint" in the Search Bar and Press Enter. 3) In the Paint program, click the "Edit" menu, click "Paste", click the "File" menu, and click "Save". 4) The "Save As" dialogue box will appear. Type a file name in the "File name:" box, for example: "screenshot". 5) Make sure "JPEG (*.JPG;*.JPEG;*.JPE;*.JFIF)" is selected in the "Save as type" box, click Desktop on the left pane and then click "Save". 6) Upload this picture to SkyDrive ( www.skydrive.live.com ), then edit what you reply with HTML. 7) Insert the following code. <IMG height=600 alt=08 src="URL of the picture" width=800> Note: URL of the picture = the URL to the picture that you want to post. Hope this helps. Thanks.
